Augie's Quest is a Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) charity dedicated to raising awareness and funds in the fight against ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. The charity was founded by Augie Nieto, who was afflicted with ALS, and John Ondrasik is a big supporter of Augie and his quest. In March 2008, I embarked on a road trip that would ultimately take me to the Beach Bash for Augie's Quest fund raiser in San Diego. It was there that I officially became a member of Augie's Army...oh, and John was there, too!
